Company History

Established in the Heart of the Central Valley D&S Heating & Air is family owned and operated by Angel Moreno and family. D&S Plumbing, Heating and Air was a dream made into a reality through hard work and dedication. As an ambitious young man with a growing family Angel decided to follow his dream and become his own boss. His motive was to create a better life for his growing family and provide services to help other families stay comfortable in this central valley weather. So one day in 1993 he decided to leave Fresno and go to University of Phoenix in Arizona this was the beginning of his dreams. It was hard being far away from his wife and 1-year-old son, but he was determined to make his dreams come true. In 1993 Angel graduated and worked for a highly sought after A/C Company where he gained on the job experience to compliment his schooling. Unfortunately, his employer decided to close its doors but lucky for Angel he was a young, determined, passionate, responsible employee with wonderful work ethic so respected that the owner made Angel the offer that would open the door to new beginnings and give him the start he needed to continue on his dream. That’s when Angel seized the opportunity to start up D&S Plumbing, Heating & Air. The D&S stands for “dad” and “son” which later would be “sons”, the hope was that one of his sons would carry on the family business to new heights. D&S has been in business ever since and now that both sons are older they are both involved and committed to keeping their dads dream alive. Alexander has earned his BA in Business Management and has expanded the business to new heights and continues to do so today. While Carlo has earned his degree in HVAC and TAB which aid him in managing site work as a foreman. Both dad and sons are engaged in the day-to-day duties of keeping D&S, now D&S Mechanical Inc. alive and thriving. Many supported the dream and contributed to making the business a success and still do today! With the help of our hard working office staff, devoted employees, professional relationships, and loving customers D&S has been able to keep its doors open and intends to for many generations to come!
